I love my library

Wed May 7, 2008, 7:08 AM
  • Mood: Sweet
  • Reading: The Master and Margarita
  • Watching: the weather
  • Drinking: berry juice

It has been ages & ages. I have moved into a little apartment with my love.
I have a library card, library books & birds & squirrels
that live just outside my window.

I have been writing, I will share some soon.

Please! Tell me a book I should rent. Poetry, novels, anything.

Thanks, dears.

House of Leaves!
I feel like I have turrets. That's what I tell everyone when they ask for a book recommendations.

"I Love You Beth Cooper"

I have it out myself- I haven't begun reading it but it's so tempting, like cake under a glass. I'm saving it for a special day after exams are over.

And what does that make me? Saint Francesca, patron saint of horny teenagers?

Something by Erica Jong

The Queen's Fool is supposed to be good. Also by the same author, The Other Boleyne(Sp?) Girl. Anything by Dean Koontz, if you like that kinda suspensy, twisted endings, really weird you out stuff. Personal favorites include False Memory and Door to December. I luff you darlin, I miss you terribly.

Did you? I haven't finished the Queen's Fool one yet and I haven't even started the other, but I heard it was just as good and so far I enjoy her work. I'm still workin on your package, but I've been sickly lately, so I do more sleeping than anything. Maybe when I get home tonight I can get back to it. I need more chain, I've run out.
